Ernest St Clair's Seaman's Log Book
Entry No.12 in the logbook (9th Feb 1912 - 31st May 1912) is the voyage on which
S.S. Carpathia, sailing out of New York, recieved the distress call from RMS Titanic and went
to the aid of it's survivors.
It is interesting to note that, prior to his engagement aboard Carpathia, Ernest was a crew member of
Lusitania which, like Titanic, met an equally tragic fate!
